An overview of your day-to-day
- You identify and analyze clients’ needs.
- You advise and propose the best products for each client.
- You manage renewals and policy modifications.
- You review contracts to ensure a good retention rate.
- You follow up on files (payments, documents to send).
- And throughout all this, you represent the Fort values.
The experience we’re looking for
- You have a valid AMF licence (personal lines damage insurance)
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You can quickly understand and analyze clients’ needs.
- You’re a pro at customer experience.
- You have a thirst for knowledge (you are passionate!).
- You can organize your tasks and manage your priorities.
- You have a perfect command of French and English to advise our English-speaking clients and/or our international partners.
Your team
- We are looking for someone for the customer service team at the Montreal office.
- Your manager is a skilled professional who is appreciated for being attentive, finding solutions, and ensuring that she helps her team members on a daily basis.
